Privacy Policy
One to Reading Mood is made for readers who care about feeling, not feeds. This page describes what the app may touch on your device, what never leaves your phone, and how we treat information connected to this website.
Last revised · June 9, 2026
- No account to start reading Log moods, page marks, and session notes without registration — no email, handle, or social graph to manage.
- Your journal stays local Reading entries, mood tags, and shelf notes are not sold to publishers, ad brokers, or recommendation marketplaces.
- Built for reflection, not profiling We gather only what keeps the experience steady. One to Reading Mood does not assemble advertising profiles from your reading habits.
Scope of this policy
This document covers the One to Reading Mood app available through the app store and the supporting pages hosted on this domain. It applies to anyone who installs the app or opens this site.
Data we process
Core features do not ask for your legal name, email address, phone number, home address, government ID, or payment information.
Book titles you enter, mood labels, session durations, and personal notes are kept on your device. Your reading history is not uploaded to our servers for targeting or resale.
When the app loads shared content — onboarding screens, prompt lists, or tip text — it may request public material from this site. Those responses hold only generic guidance; your entries and metadata are never included.
Device permissions
One to Reading Mood may ask for notification access so you can receive gentle reminders to log a mood or finish a reading session you started earlier.
Photo library access is used only if you choose to attach a cover image or snapshot to an entry. Microphone, contacts, and precise location are not used unless a future release clearly needs them and this policy is updated accordingly.
Standard storage and network permissions let the app run and download optional template updates. Crash reports sent through the platform store follow that platform's privacy terms.
Third-party services
Hosting keeps this policy page and public API endpoints online. Providers may retain server logs for security and reliability under their own privacy policies.
If we introduce analytics or support tools later, we will name them here and limit sharing to what each service requires to operate.
Children
One to Reading Mood is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a child submitted data in error, reach out through the app store support channel — we will assist with removal where feasible.
Retention and security
Your reading log and mood notes remain under your control on your phone. Remove individual entries inside the app or uninstall to clear local data.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted pages and server-side components. No system is perfectly secure — treat deeply personal reflections with the same care you would a private notebook.
Your choices
You may stop using One to Reading Mood at any time. Turn off notifications or revoke optional permissions in iOS Settings whenever you prefer a narrower experience.
To request access, correction, or deletion of data we handle directly, use the support contact listed on the app store page.
Policy updates
We may revise this text as One to Reading Mood grows or as regulations shift. The date above reflects meaningful changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version where permitted by law.
